Training Wizard and its associated applications use the client machine's date format to display dates. It is possible, however, for this client machine to have a date format defined (under Regional Settings, in the Control Panel) that is "out of sync". An "out of sync" date format will likely generate errors within Training Wizard.

Under Regional Settings, there are two fields related to the date format that is used on the PC. The first field is named "Date Separator". The second field is named "Short Date Style".
The value of the Short Date Style field includes date separator characters. It is possible that the date separator characters used in the Short Date Style field are not the same as the character defined in the Date Separator field. When this situation occurs, the date format is "out of sync". If the date format is "out of sync", Training Wizard is likely to produce a subscript out of range error when dealing with dates.
For example, if the Date Separator field has a value of "/", and the Short Date Style field has a value of "mm-dd-yyyy", then the date format is "out of sync". For the date format to be in sync, one of two things should be changed:
