Prior to Training Wizard 2001, there were only two methods by which a student could be assigned to a curriculum: manually, or via their job title. Starting with Training Wizard 2001, you now have the flexibility of a third method: via student groups.

Assigning students to a curriculum using a student group is very similar to using the students job title to assign the student to a curriculum. You first assign your student groups to your curriculums. Then, you assign students to your student groups. Training Wizard will automatically and dynamically associate students that are assigned to a student group to the curriculums that the student group has been assigned to.
When a student is assigned to a student group, they are automatically assigned to whichever curriculums have been assigned to that student group. When a student is removed from a student group, they are automatically removed from whichever curriculums have been assigned to that student group.
When a student group is assigned to a curriculum, all students that belong to that student group are assigned to the curriculum. When a student group is removed from a curriculum, all students that belong to that student group are removed from the curriculum.
