Article Title:		NEW: System option to require unique organization code

Training Wizard 2001 3.0.23

Previous versions of Training Wizard have always included an organization code field. Starting with Training Wizard 2001, a new system option is available that, when turned on, will require that each organization record have a non-blank and unique value for the organization code field.

To turn this new system option on or off, run the Edit System Options process found under the Preferences button on the Training Wizard Home Page. If you want to require unique organizations codes, then check the option titled Organization Code Required When Entering New Organizations. Uncheck this option to allow the organization code field to have any value.

Note that when this new system option is turned on, all new organization records must provide a non-blank and unique value for the organization code field. If you edit an existing organization record and try to save it, this same check and restriction on the organization code field will be applied. If the record being edited does not have a non-blank, unique value for the organization code field, then you will be required to provide one before you will be allowed to save the record.
