Training Wizard 2001 3.0.23

The last step of the Add A New Student and the Edit A Student processes has been modified to allow a student to be assignde to an organization by typing just an organization code.

The last step of the Add or Edit Student process has been enhanced to allow a student to be assigned to an organization by entering the organization’s code. The previous method of clicking the select organization button, browsing the "tree", selecting an organization and then clicking OK to return to the student process still exists. But, the student process now also includes a field where an organization code can be entered. This can be the entire code, or a partial code. Clicking the search button will attempt to match what was typed in the organization code field to a specific organization. If exactly one organization is matched, then that organization will automatically be assigned to the student. If more than one organization is matched, then a form will pop up displaying each of the matching organizations. One of these can be selected (it will be assigned to the student), or further searching by organization code can be performed.
