Summary:

Two new "retrieve by" options are available when using the filter to select a specific class.

Details:

The class filter is used when selecting a class for editing, or enrollment (for example). The screen that is appears on has a course filter at the top. Once a course has been selected, then the class filter on the bottom half of the screen is used. By default, the class filter is set to "No Filter", causing all classes for the selected course that start on or after the given from date to be returned.

You can select a different filter other than the default "No Filter". Starting with Training Wizard 2001, there are two additional filter choices:

Location Group. When using this "retrieve by" filter choice, you must also select a specific Location Group from a second drop down list. Training Wizard will then display all classes for the selected course, that start within the given date range, and that are being taught in a location that is assigned to the selected Location Group.
Instructor Group. When using this "retrieve by" filter choice, you must also select a specific Instructor Group from a second drop down list. Training Wizard will then display all classes for the selected course, that start within the given date range, and that are being taught by an instructor that is assigned to the selected Instructor Group.
